Pricing questions

Is Gremlin SaaS only, or can we self-host?

Most customers run SaaS, including in highly regulated and security-sensitive environments where strict controls apply. For teams that can't, Gremlin Private Edition is available as a self-hosted deployment.

Does the trial turn into a paid plan automatically?

No. The 30-day trial requires no credit card and never auto-converts. If you want to continue, we'll build a quote together.

Can I buy the platform without Foresight AI?

Yes. The platform stands on its own, and Foresight AI can be added at any point for the teams that want AI-powered analysis and recommendations.

What about agents, targets, and test volume?

Those are sized with you as part of the platform license. We'll work through them together during the pricing conversation.

What counts as a "team"?

A team is a group of engineers working together in Gremlin. Foresight AI is licensed per team with unlimited members, so you're never counting seats or deciding who gets access.

What counts as a "service"?

A service is an application or component you want to test, score, and track over time. Most customers start with their Tier 1 services and expand as reliability scoring becomes part of how they plan and report.

Why don't you publish prices?

Every enterprise environment is different—the number of services, where they run, and how many teams can deploy AI all change the shape of a package. We'd rather build a quote that reflects your environment than publish a number that doesn't apply to it.
